Early Digital Ticketing Platform with Django

Context
The goal was to make creating an event and selling a digital ticket feel approachable to small organisers without removing the administration needed behind the scenes.
I worked on the early product, from interface prototypes in Sketch to Django models, administration, and the responsive purchasing flow.

Outcome
The technical system was inexpensive to develop and operate. The harder problem was adoption: moving organisers from familiar manual processes to digital ticketing required more sales and behaviour change than the software itself could solve. My involvement was in this early product stage.
